Windows 10 bootable USB not working issue may be caused by wrong boot mode or file system. No caps light LED but the mouse plugged into the USB port on the keyboard does work. Just bought this docking station.
The lights on both will just throbflash as if theres a connection problem.
A few weeks ago I was prompted to do an update and then found the keys on the keyboard would not work just a few of the numbers. IF its a wireless device it may need drivers for the transceiver. It meant I could not even log in. When I plug both directly into my laptop everything works fine but it kind of defeats the purpose of a dock.
