I would have to say that your Toshiba laptop is not working because you havent taken it to a repair shop to have them fix it yet. Toshiba laptop sleepshut and refused to power on. Hey i have a toshiba p35-s6112 and it turns on fine but the lcd screen dose not turn on it just stays black. If you have greenlight on battery and no boot then you can try the battery trick.
